Winter rates apply to consecutive months only. Less-than-60-day reservations for peak season (January–March) can call for short-term availability.

Rates are based on 2 people per site. Additional adults and children over 12 pay $10.00 per night.

Terms & Conditions
- Rates include electric, water, sewer, and taxes. Wi-Fi is included at no extra charge.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Rates are based on 2 people per site. Additional adults and children over 12 pay $10.00 per night.
- 2-week maximum stay for children under the age of 18.
- On-Site Enclosed Outdoor Shower on property.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future stay.
- Forfeiture of the vacant site will occur for early departures.
Park Rules & Guidelines
A few simple guidelines keep Neapolitan Cove peaceful and welcoming for everyone. (Sample guidelines shown — final park rules to be confirmed.)
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Pets must remain leashed; please clean up after them.
- Observe posted speed limits within the resort.
- Keep your site tidy and campfire-safe per local ordinances.
