Long Term Specials
- 6 Months and 1 Day Winter Season $6,000 (Pull-thru sites $6,300)
- 3-Months Special-January, February & March: $4,625 (Pull-thru sites $4,850)
STORAGE
- April - October/Unoccupied RV: $125/mo, plus electric (if you have rented from us for a minimum of 6 months)
- April - October/RV Unoccupied on Site: $225/mo, plus electric
(Overnight occupancy during storage is $45 per night) - RV Related Trailers, Boats & Extra Vehicles: $55/mo or $30/week
- RV Dollies $40/mo, $15/week
- Absolutely NO Storage for Construction Equipment
- Dump Station Water & Sewer: $25
- All Units for storage must be approved by management

Cancellation Policy: No Refunds on Deposits unless over $200. Deposits can be transferred to following year.
